You’ll love how much room the kids have to run around at Elmar’s In the Valley Swan Valley. Elmar’s is a great place to visit with kids, whether you are just looking for somewhere to enjoy a glass of beer or wine – or whether you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a meal, you can do both at Elmar’s.
Elmar’s in the Valley has a big grassed area at the back of the restaurant. Bring a ball along and kids can kick it around all day long. It’s a great idea to bring a picnic rug along too because you can sit out here and enjoy a drink while you watch the kids play – or join in too! There are some tall trees scattered across the grassed area so it’s fun to play hide and seek too.
Since our visit they have also installed a fenced playground with shade and seating next to the playground.

For the kids there is a great variety on the kids menu, including desserts so this will keep them happy in between running around. Our kids enjoyed sitting on the picnic rug on the lawn to eat their lunch.
Some of the main meals are a little pricey, but if it’s a high quality tasty meal you are after it is worth the price. They also have a snack menu if you would just like something light to go with your drink. In addition to this they also have many gluten / dairy / nut free meal options. You can’t bring your own food in, but there are some great snacks including baskets of chips, tasting plates and snack basket on the menu.
There is a choice of indoor, outdoor or alfresco dining so it’s a great place to dine with the family all year round. Whether it’s a full meal, a light meal or just a drink you are after drop into Elmar’s in the Valley the whole family will love it!
