Altone Park Beechboro Features: Playground | Flying Fox | Skate Park | BMX / Pump Track | Basketball Court | Water Fountain | BBQs | Picnic Shelter | Toilets Nearby
Altone Park Beechboro is not just a park but a community activity hub for the whole family with playground, skate park, bmx and multiple sports grounds with beautiful natural surroundings including a fenced off lake, located near the Swan Active Beechboro Centre.
The main playground is perfect for little ones with natural shade and shade sails and low level play that includes a cute little play structure, basket swing, see-saw and traditional swing (one with a toddler seat).
Alongside the main playground is a single cable flying fox and tall rope climbing structure for the bigger kids too.
At the time of the review there was also a pop up play space near the main playground with concrete tunnels, tyres and logs for some creative and colourful play.
This community activity hub also includes a skate park and a bmx track. Some of the jumps on the bmx track are “OMG I can’t watch” but there are plenty of smaller jumps too.
In between the bmx / bike pump track is a small basketball court also.
As you can see this is a beautiful location in the evening. BBQs are available alongside the main playground as well as a picnic shelter and plenty of grassed area.
The beautiful lake here adds to the whole serenity. It’s fenced off all the way around the playground and grassed area.
The main community hub is surrounded by various sporting ground so is lot of grassed are plus footy goals and cricket nets too. Toilets are located within the nearby Swan Active Beechboro building and may be open at club rooms when sporting activities are on. The reserve is located not far from the Swan Valley so pop into Maison Saint Honore to grab a coffee and a treat to enjoy at the park, or head there after your play.
Altone Park Beechboro is the perfect place for families to play, skate, ride, shoot hoops and just generally hang out. Note: dogs must be on a lead and must not go into play areas here.
