Scooters are a a must at these Perth Scooter Parks. Skate Parks are great but for young kids on scooters, still building their confidence, they can be a little daunting and over run by older children. Here are some great parks with tracks that are specifically designed or suitable for scooters , where young children can enjoy and build confidence riding their scooters.
Wembley Sports Park
This playground features a scooter track that winds around the outside of the playground. It’s custom designed for scooters with gentle inclines and lots of bends. You can also find a flying fox, lots of climbing equipment and other fun stuff at this playground.
Rendell Park Koondoola
This awesome track alongside a nice little playground features road traffic signage and markings and is perfect for zooming around on your scooter. The pathways are wide and flat and there are plenty of turns and intersections to negotiate.
Shepherds Bush Park Kingsley
Another track that’s complete with road markings and signage, scooter parking and even a fuel pump so you can “fill up” when your scooter is getting low on petrol.
Reg Williams Reserve Armadale
It’s like riding on the road but without cars. This track at is perfect for the whole family to ride their scooters or bikes, with intersections to negotiate and plenty of room to feel the wind in your hair as you hit the open road.
Pitstop Playground Banksia Grove
This racetrack themed playground is another great park for riding scooters, with winding tracks marked with paint and signs and even a pit stop area where you can record your time.
Hossack Reserve Parkwood
Another great road style track that’s perfect for scooters and bikes. Complete with road markings, signage and intersections you can enjoy all the thrills of riding on the road with out any cars.
Harrisdale Skate and Scooter Park
Scooter track complete with road signs, markings and mounds that goes around the base of a large wooden climbing frame.
Amberton Pirate Ship and Scooter Park
Arguably Perth’s best custom made scooter track. This large track alongside a fantastic pirate themed playground features gentle inclines and mounds and lots of corners to negotiate.
Rayment Park Lathlain
Not only does this park have a fantastic scooter track with road signs and markings, it also features, nature play, a flying fox, fenced play and has a child friendly cafe right across the road.
Allure North Park Treeby
Bike skills track that goes around the outside of the Bike Pump Track, complete with road markings and signs.
Brightwood Adventure Park Baldivis
Big adventure playground with 13m tall slide, flying fox and scooter track.
Botany Park Hammond Park
Fenced playground with nature based play, water play, sporting facilities and scooter paths around the playground.
Walliabup Bibra Lake Skate Park
Behind the skate park is a circular scooter trail with gentle bumps, turns and berms. There’s also a small plagyorund here too.
Lions Park Armadale
Complete with road signs and markings kids will love this little park alongside a running stream with beautiful nature shade and complete with messy kitchen.
Leatherback Oval Bike Skills Track Alkimos
Small bike skills track suitable for little bikes, scooters and ride on toys.
John Dunn Challenge Park Kelmscott
This playground and bike park has 4 bike tracks including a trainer track, perfect for scooters and small bikes with road markings, signs, speed bumps and intersections.
Port Coogee North Playground
This compact playground is big on features, including a scooter track that goes all the way around the playground.
