Davies Ground Claremont is a lovely little cafe with indoor and outdoor dining, that is found right next door to the delightful Jean & John Mulder Park.
If you want to dine in, it’s nice and cosy inside with a few tables available. There is a small bucket in the corner with some books and toys. You can choose something more substantial from the menu (menu on their website – link below) or something lighter from the display cabinet. Choices include gluten, vegan and paleo options and there is a great range of healthy foods as well as something to satisfy that sweet tooth.
We couldn’t resist taking our coffee, kids hot chocolate and banana and dark chocolate muffin next door to the beautiful John & Jean Mulder Park. There are a few parking bays near the front of the complex that includes Davies Ground or you can find side of the road parking along side streets.
If you are looking for a fun coffee and playground combination you will love Davies Ground and Mulder Park Claremont. The service at Davies Ground was as lovely and warm as our banana and dark chocolate muffin, and the playground has lots of elements for kids to explore and play.
