BBQs * Picnic Tables * No Toilets
Lane Gardens Park isthe latest addition to the Bletchley Park housing estate, and provides a greatneighbour playground with play equipment suitable for a range of ages.
The park isseparated in to two areas, one for toddlers and the other for the moreadventurous. The toddler playarea is fairly simple, which makes it great for younger kids to build theirconfidence. The play equipment has steps, an easy access ramp and a rope net, which all reach the small slide.
In the surrounds are a log and rope course, sand play table and a semi enclosed structure which the kids had fun pretending was a shop
The other playarea is almost a replica of the toddler area except it is a lot taller and withharder climbing elements.
There are lots ofpaths and bridges in and around the park, so remember to bring along bikes orscooters. See if you can find the bells hidden in one of the bridges! The park also hasa large grassed area, shaded picnic tables and a barbeque, however there are notoilets.
The kids reallyenjoyed playing at Lane Gardens Park, and I liked that I could stand in betweenboth play areas and comfortably keep an eye on both kids running and bikingaround.
How To Get There: note at time of publishing this park is not showing on google maps. Marnbu Rd is the closest reference)
