Mariala Vista Park Jindowie Yanchep is an amazing adventure playground built amongst bushland with lots of features for all ages and makes a great place to go if you are looking for somewhere well out of the city to enjoy a day of play.
A lot of the bushland has been maintained and the play area has been build amongst the shady tall trees that provides excellent shade across the whole park.
If you like to get a little bit of exercise while the kids play there are a great set of steps that give you a birds eye view of the park. There is also a ramp so you can push a pram or wheel chair to the top to check out the view also.
There is a big slide that has been built into the side of the hill alongside the playground. This is bound to wear the kids out climbing up and sliding down over and over again. The little ones don’t miss out with a smaller slide alongside the big slide for them.
The bigger kids and teens will also love this super tall, tee pee shaped climbing frame, perfect for kids who love to adventure at great heights.
Make sure you bring the bikes along too, there is a fantastic bmx track within the park
Perhaps you’d like to put your feet up for a while?!
This is a great place to spend the day with BBQs, water fountain, picnic shelter and plenty of shade provided by all the tall trees throughout the park – however there are no toilets. Even if this is not in your neck of the woods it is well worth the drive.
