Robinson Park Gosnells

Check out the $6.5M redevelopment of Robinson Park Gosnells

Robinson Park Gosnells Features: Fully Fenced Adventure Playground | Naturebased Play | Basketball Half Court | Dog Exercise Area | Picnic Tables | BBQs | Water Fountain | Toilets

Robinson Park Gosnells re-opened in September 2020 following the completion of a massive $6.5M redevelopment. This large park features a beautiful largeplayground for all ages, picnic tables, BBQs, toilets anddog exercise area so everyone will love their visit here.

The nature playarea contains a wooden hut with hidden climbing net, stepping stones andbalancing logs all under the shade of large beautiful tree. These logs are an ideal spot to have a snack or read a book in theshade and take in the serenity of this park.

The playgroundfeatures climbing nets, slides, a rock climbing wall, a nature playarea, an in-ground spinning roundabout, and a swing area with plenty ofswings including a nest swing. Shade sails are in place duringsummer, so there is lots of shade over the play equipment.

A fun little inclusion in the Robinson Park Gosnells park upgrade is the “band practice” area which features musical instruments andsound tubes so you can talk to your friends on the other side of theplayground.

Forthose with fur babies, just outside the fenced playground is a large open spacefor off-leash dog exercise. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed inside thefenced playground area. There is also a basketball half court and a walkingcircuit footpath around the park with distance markers painted so you can keeptrack of how far you have walked.

Robinson Parkhas all the amenities you would want, to spend a day at the park, with your family. New public toilets, a water fountain, multiplebenches, picnic areas and undercover BBQs. If you want to grab a coffee to enjoy at the park Espresso Brunch Bar and a 7-Eleven are located not far from the park on Corfield Street.

Thisis a great playground for all ages. The enclosed play area makes it a wonderfulspot where the kids can run wild and the parents can sit and enjoy watchingthem play in a fun and safe environment. Although this is a suburban park, thehousing blocks surrounding it are yet to be built on, so it is very peacefulhere. We definitely recommend this park. If you get there early enough in theday, you may be as lucky as us and get the place to yourself!
