Canteen Trigg is a beachside cafe / restaurant that offers dine in or takeaway food and drinks with a breakfast and after 11am lunch and dinner menu, with playground right alongside.
The playground is located on the opposite side to the main outdoor dining area so is best for a play while you are waiting for your meal or to relax after you’ve enjoyed your meal. It features a small wooden play structure, sit in boat and some nature based play.
You can choose from indoor dining our outdoor dining – which is the place to be on a warm evening to get the best seats for a stunning sunset. Wooden high chairs are available for little ones.
The menu features a big range of to choose from and on this occasion we opted for fish and chips to compliment the ocean views.
There are also a range of light meals and treats in the display cabinet to choose from too. Canteen Trigg is also a good option to grab a coffee and treat to go or perhaps to grab your fish and chips to enjoy in the park at Clarko Reserve that’s just a short walk away or after a swim at Trigg Beach.
If you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a family friendly meal beachside with somewhere to play, somewhere to watch the sunset or to dine or grab a coffee after a swim at the beach, Canteen Trigg is perfect.
