Celebration Park Balga is a big shady sports reserve that features a shaded playground with a smaller scale single cable flying fox.
The playground is fairly traditional with swings (including a toddler swing), small play structure suited to younger children with monkey bars, rope climbing web, small rock climbing wall, slides and more.
Little ones will love the smaller scale flying fox. The single cable flying fox is a little lower and a bit shorter than the average flying fox and has a low level ramp that little ones should be able to use to independently access the flying fox.
A pathway goes all the way around the reserve so bring the bikes and scooters along and enjoy a ride around or bring a ball and have a kick on the big oval here too.
BBQs are located near the playground and public toilets are located at the back of the club room on this reserve (they are locked late at night and open early in the morning).
Celebration Park Balga is a nice little playground for younger ones, and with toilets and bbqs is a good place to meet with friends and family too (just keep in mind there is a sports club here and training or games may be scheduled on certain days).
