Coventry Village Morley not only has a big free indoor playground, it now also has an outdoor playground too. It’s fully fenced and space themed and is located at the from on the Coventry Vilage centre on the on the Walter Road West side.
This outdoor playground is a pretty decent sized playground with lots of different play features, however it does have some restrictions around age. Only kids 4 – 12 years who are at least 120cm are permitted to use the playground.
There are a range of different play features both elevated and lower level with cargo nets, climbing walls, fireman’s poles, tunnels, bouncers, slides and more.
It’s all located on a soft fall surface, is well shaded with shade sails and has a distinct space theme.
Kids will love riding in the space ships and pretending they are on a trip to the moon.
Alongside the playground are some bench seating as well as a couple of restaurants, also with outdoor seating . The surrounding garden beds and potted plants give this space a really nice fresh feel too.
Within the Coventry Village Centre are more cafes, supermarkets, retail outlets (even an icecream shop too), so you can get your shopping done and have a play before or after the shopping is done, or enjoy a play and a coffee and a treat from one of the local cafes for a nice little outing.
