Golden Bay Foreshore Features: Two Playgrounds | One Fully Fenced Playground | Toilets | Showers | BBQs | Picnic Shelters
The Golden Bay Foreshore is the perfect location to enjoy a swim at the beach, BBQ and play at the playground with not one, but two playgrounds, one of which is fully fenced.
The big playground is suited to older children and features traditional play including rope cimbs, slides, monkey bars and a small climbing pyramid.
Alongside this playground is another smaller playground suited to younger children that is fully fenced. Neither to the playgrounds are shaded.
The park is designated as an off the lead dog exercise areas so you can bring the family dog along (just make sure you keep them out of the playground area). There is access to the beach from the playground, however dogs are not permitted at this beach.
With toilets, shower, BBQs and plenty of picnic tables, Golden Bay Foreshore is a great place to enjoy a swim at the beach, play and bbq all in the one location. Golden Bay Dog Beach Deli is just down the road if you need any supplies.
