Heron Park Harrisdale Features: Nature Based Play * Flying Fox * BBQ * Picnic Tables * No Toilets
Heron Park inHarrisdale is a small nature-based suburban playground that is packed with play features including a double tree houseplay apparatus and flying fox. Note: This park has been sinced been named Dovedale Park.
Other features of the park include a flying fox that runsthe length of the playground
Rope and log balancing equipment
A basket swing
And a barbecue withpicnic tables
The playground islocated next to a small waterway and also has an extensive internal pathnetwork.
There are no toilets however the park is only ashort drive from the newly opened Stockland Harrisdale shopping centre. You can grab a coffee and a treat on the way at Timber Cafe Harrisdale.
