IKEA Innaloo, is well known for innovative and stylish flat packed home furnishings, and everything you need to furnish your home and solve your storage needs – but it’s also a great place to head for a meal or a coffee.
If you want some time to wander the displays on your own you can put children 3yrs-8yrs that are toilet trained in Smaland. You can leave them for up to an hour, and they can enjoy the ball pit, movies and lots of other fun activities. You can pre-book your time online to secure your child’s space.
You can choose to wander the showroom and browse your dream kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room or lounge. The kids area is lots of fun lots fun with kids furniture and toys on display. The IKEA Restaurant and Cafe is found just after the kids products display. You can also go straight to the IKEA Restaurant from the top of the escalator, without browsing the showroom, just look for the signage to direct you there.
IKEA Innaloo is not just for shopping it’s also a great place for a play an to enjoy a meal. The restaurant is cafeteria style where you take a tray and select most of the items you want and place them on your tray or request those items that need to be served up then pay at the end. The IKEA Restaurant is popular due it’s cheap meals with regular special meal offers.
Kids can choose from breakfast, nuggets and chips or meatballs with vegetables or a grab a snack pack with wholemeal sandwich, fruit bar, popcorn, yogurt and a soft toy all in a brown paper bag for only $3.95. You’ll soon see why this is a popular place for families to come to eat too! For babies (under 12 months) there is FREE organic baby food when you purchase an adults meal! There are plenty of IKEA high chairs available here too.
The family area of the restaurant features a round play area with various play activities on the inside. You can eat your meal on the outside of the play area or choose a table alongside. Here you will also find a lounge area with a big screen tv that is always playing kids movies. There is also a nursing area and a station with a microwave and utensils.
This is a great place to take the kids for treat too with this make your own sundae station!
The IKEA Coffee Shop is located across from the restaurant, so IKEA is the perfect coffee and cake destination too.
