Mandoon Estate Caversham (also home to Homestead Brewery) is a family friendly brewery and winery experience located on a beautiful Swan Valley Estate right alongside the Swan River.
Families tend to choose the Llawn dining experience (open weekends), outside alongside the fenced playground and on the big grassed area. Here you can dine at the large wooden picnic style tables or lay out a rug to enjoy a picnic.
You can order from the Llawn Bar or the delicatessen or if these are closed you can order from the Homestead Brewery and dine in or eat outdoors.
Woodfired pizzas are a popular choice for dining out in the garden and drinks are available at the bar too.
If the weather isn’t suitable for outdoor dining you can dine in the Homestead Brewery.
If you are looking to add a bit of adventure to your visit to Mandoon Estate you can also arrive by water. Mandoon Estate has it’s own jetty so you can join a Swan Valley River Cruise, moor your small boat (check before you go) or paddle your way there. We paddled on our stand up paddle boards from Woodbridge Riverside Park , and it took around 30 mins from there to get to Mandoon Estate.
Mandoon Estate is one of the Swan Valley’s best family friendly winery and brewery experiences, best enjoyed when the sun is shining in the beer garden alongside the fenced playground. It’s open daily for lunch and breakfast on the weekends. The Llawn garden area serves drinks and meals on the weekends only.
