Millers Ice Cream , located in Cowaramup near Margaret River , is the perfect for the whole family, kids will love having a play, after enjoying a yummy Millers Icecream. The Millers Farm Cafe also has tea, coffee, cakes and light meals, so its the perfect location for morning or afternoon tea, or a light lunch.
We visited Millers Farm Cafe , late in the afternoon and were lucky enough to see the cows walking to the dairy – this was very exciting with all the kids off the playground and lining the fence to see the procession of cows heading off to be milked (just be careful the fence is electric, but there is a person there to make sure everyone stands clear).
Back in the playground the kids also loved milking the pretend cow , and the adventure playground was heaps of fun with lots of grassed area to run around and seated areas for the Mums and Dads. There is also seated area under the verandah in case it is raining or if you would like to eat or enjoy your Millers Ice-cream out of the sun. The playground features, flying fox, monkey bars, crawling tunnel, swing, slides, climbing wall and more!
Inside, of course is the beautiful Millers Ice cream, which can be served in various sizes including kids and baby sizes. There are a couple of sorbet options available for those that are dairy intolerant. There is also a small selection of gifts and souvenirs inside.
You may also like to enjoy a short 500m bushwalk during your visit. It’s a circular walk with the entry and exit at the top of the hill that overlooks the Miller Ice Creamery.
