Let your imagination run wild at the fantasy themed playground at Montario Quarter (which used to be the old Shenton Park Rehabilitation Centre site).

The main playground features two low level cubby houses connected by a rope bridge with a slide down. In front of the cubby houses is a small all abilities carousel.

Alongside the main playground are not one, not two but four in ground trampolines.

A small nature play area is also located alongside the main playground and there is a small sand pit area where kids can play in the sand under the shade of giant mushrooms.

All the play things little ones love are found at this park with a small basket swing and talk tubes too.

For the big kids and the grown ups there is an outdoor gym featuring a range of pull up bars and rings, with signs that provide information on exercises that can be done using this equipment, so you can work out and play while the kids play too.

Teens and grown ups will love the basketball court and table tennis at the far end of the playground. This truly is a park the whole family can enjoy.

A large picnic shelter is located between the playground and the gym/basketball court with BBQs available here as well as water fountains throughout the park. No toilets however.

Montario Quarter Playground Shenton Park is the perfect place for the whole family to play with something for the little ones right up to the adults where the whole family can be active and play together.
