Playgrounds with Water Play

On a hot summers day it can be a little hot to head to your local playground. Fortunately many of Perth’s park include water play features to keep kids cool while they enjoy a play.

Bibra Lake Regional Playground features not one but two water play features.  Kids can keep by running through giant “reeds” that give off a gentlle spray of water or climb up to the fort to pump water into a tank that can be opened to let water flow down to a water wheel and another water tank on the ground.

The mist forrest at Synergy Parkland on Lycopod Island is a great way to cool off at this big playground in Kings Park. Pack a picnic, enjoy a BBQ or grab something from the Bovell Kiosk or Zamia Cafe for the perfect summers day out at the park.
