Port Coogee North Playground

Small suburban playground that's jam packed with features including flying fox, scooter track and water play!

Port Coogee Playground Features: Flying Fox | Scooter Track | Water Play | Picnic Shelter | No Toilets | No BBQs

The Port Coogee Playground is a small suburban playground but is probably one of the most feature packed playgrounds considering it’s relatively small size.

The playground is located at the northern end of the Port Coogee estate, just a short walk from the Port Coogee Marina Beach & Splash Park . It’s been built on a small corner block in a quiet street but is big on play features.

The dominant play feature is the big tower built with sea containers that delivers an epic ocean view and access to the big yellow enclosed slide from the top.

Access is via a series of wooden ladders and cargo net levels, that could be a bit challenging for little ones.

There’s plenty of play for little ones with a nature based and water play area that includes a low level concrete slide, balancing logs and a low level wooden ship to play on board.

It’s amazing that they have also been able to squeeze in a single cable flying fox into the playground area.

Be sure to pack the scooters, there is a scooter track that runs around the playground complete with bumps and road signs too.

While there are no toilets or BBQs these facilities are available just a short walk away at the Port Coogee Marina, so it’s a lovely playground if you have little ones who love to adventure but you want somewhere small to play so that it’s easy to keep an eye on them.
