Queens Gardens Perth Features: Fenced Gardens | Water Features | Garden Art | Toilets | On The Free Perth Red Cat Bus Route
While there is no playground at Queen Gardens Perth, it’s still very much a nice place visit with kids and the family for more of a garden and art appreciation experience with 3.3ha of gardens to explore.
You can catch the FREE Perth Red Cat Bus to Queens Gardens, there is a stop right out the front near the main entrance. The toilets are also located here at the main entrance.
The Queens Gardens feature an array of garden features, bridges of the water, art works and lots of manicured lawns to run around or picnic on and explore.
A few artworks are located across the grounds including a replica Peter Pan statue like the one in Kensington Gardens in London.
The variety of species in the gardens is fascinating and you are sure to come across plants that create some intrigue and there are lots of birds in the water and around the gardens to enjoy.
Queens Gardens Perth is a lovely place to wander or picnic while in the city with the kids and offers a beautiful inner city nature and fresh air experience.
