Family friendly restaurant dining with big playground and jumping pillow alongside brewery style dining

Roar Bar and Grill Bibra Lake Features: Bar & Restaurant | Adventure Playground | Jumping Pillow | Open Daily for Breakfast & Lunch | Dinner Thurs – Sat | Kids Meals | Kids Activity Sheets | High Chairs | Baby Change Table

Roar Bar & Grill Bibra Lake brings family friendly brewery style dining, you’d expect to only see in Margaret River or in the Hills, to suburbia at the rear of the Roar Fitness 24/7 gym in Bibra Lake. Great news is, you don’t have to be a member to dine here – everyone is welcome!

Access to the restaurant is through the Roar Fitness 24/7 main entrance. Towards the back of the gym is the entrance and you’ll enter firstly into the indoor dining area, complete with bar, multiple screens, including one big screen and lots of indoor dining.

The indoor dining area includes a bar, casual seating and lots of screens showing sports.

Plus a more formal dining area.

The outdoor dining area is where the action is for families, with a big adventure playground and covered brewery style dining surrounding it. The playground is packed with features for kids of all ages.

The large wooden structure features a couple of levels for kids to explore including a confined lower cubby and a big upper deck.

In between are lots of fun play features including these body cut outs.

Plus rope and log balancing play features.

Around the main playground are lots of other play features too. Kids can run their hearts on on this spinning barrel.

Little ones will love the Mud Kitchen.

And the smaller wooden play fort with barrel tunnel too.

There are plenty of sand toys scattered around and a real life truck (that actually served in World War II!) and boat to play in too.

Last but not least is the jumping pillow alongside the playground, and good news is that all ages (including the grown ups) are welcome to jump.

Now of course after all that playing you will have worked up an appetite. There is a big range to choose from on the menu and being part of a gym you will find healthy food options on the menu, including Coco Whip for a healthier dessert option. Also check the food display for healthy sweet and savoury light snack options. I had a delicious chicken, tomato and rocket wrap with a Kombucha.

There is a good range of meals to choose from on the Kids Menu found on the kids activity sheets (colouring pencils also supplied). My son loved the beef slider and chips. Plenty of high chairs are available and there is a bany change table in the disabled toilets. Breakfast is served 7am – 11.30am and lunch is served 11.45am – 2.30pm (3pm Sundays).  Wednesday to Saturday you can enjoy dinner from 5.30pm – 9pm too. And of course you can also pop in for a simple coffee, cake and a play too. Check website below for up to date meal times.

Family friendly pub dining in suburbia doesn’t get much better than Roar Bar and Grill. Expect it to be pretty busy on weekends and public holidays, and check the Roar Bar and Grill facebook for up to date booking information. We recommend visiting during the week if you’d like to enjoy the Roar Bar and Grill experience without the crowds.
