Roc Candy Make Your Own Pop

This holidays your kids can create their very own lollipop masterpiece at Roc Candy in the Piccadilly Arcade

July 8th – 12th & 15th – 19th, 2019

This school holidays your kids can create their very own lollipop masterpiece. They will love moulding the warm, soft and smooth Roc Candy to make their lollipop. Then using the delicious sweets they can decorate it, before it’s wrapped up in plastic for them to take home.

You don’t need to book to make your own pop at Roc Candy. When you arrive they put your name on a list and you just need to wait to be called. We waited about 10 mins but in this time the boys made their way behind the counter to be dressed in their special pop making clothes and to put their gloves on. They move all the kids through pretty quickly so you shouldn’t need to wait too long.

The atmosphere is fantastic with music playing and the staff doing the best to get the kids excited about what they are going to create.  They get the candy ready for the kids to mould then they are on their way.

The kids first start by twisting the strips of candy in their chosen colours together and then rolling them into a circle shape to form their lollipop.

Once the lollipop is formed it’s time for the super fun part – to decorate it

At the end the Roc Candy staff wrap the pop in a plastic wrapper with a rubber seal so that it can be opened then resealed to enjoy later.  Our kids absolutely loved this activity. It took around 25 mins which include about 10 mins wait, so it’s a great activity to do while you are visiting the city this school holidays.

Check out the shop too they have a great range of cool candy, perfect for a gift for someone special, to include in party favours or or just to enjoy yourself.

Make Your Own Pop is $14 per person or $12 for groups of 4+ people and no bookings are required. Check the website (linked below) for more information on this school holidays Make Your Own Pop activity.
