Salt on the Beach is the perfect family friendly beachside dining location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can pop in before or after a swim a the beach or for something more formal in the restaurant.
We visited for a casual lunch on a Saturday to meet with friends, so we dined outside in the Beach Bar. The kids were sorted with kids meals, one having nuggest and chips and the other having fish and chips. There was also spring rolls, grilled fish and pasta meals on the kids menu to choose from.
Woodfired pizza are available Thursday to Sunday – we chose a few different ones to share amongst the adults.
There is a great little playground in the Beach Bar area, and plenty of room for the kids to move around in the Beach Bar also.
And the kids activity packs keeps them busy in between playing on the playgroud too
Check out Friday nights. They have a Kids Club from 5-7pm with facepainting, story telling, balloon twisting, craft activities and special character appearances. They also have $15 wood fired pizzas. You can also enjoy kids eat free on Tuesday nights from 4-6pm, with any food purchase over $20.
There is access to the beach directly from the beach bar so just keep this mind if you are dining with kids, or if you want to enjoy a stroll while you wait for your meal.
Salt on the Beach is a great place to head out to eat with the kids. They will love the relaxed atmosphere and play area and you’ll love relaxing by the ocean and enjoying time out with the family.
