Stage 33 Nature Play Park Wellard Features: Nature based play * Footy Oval * Water Fountain * BBQ * Picnic Tables * No Toilets
Stage 33 Nature Play Park Wellard is a surburban nature based playground with beautiful natural shading from tall trees, with a mini footy oval alongside.
There is no traditional play equipement at this park (except for the monkey bars – below). The play features are all made from raw materials, rocks, logs and tyres.
There are several log balance and rock climbing features – all are very low level so it’s a great park for younger ones.
These monkey bars are really the only traditional play feature of the park
While there are not toilets there is a BBQ, water fountain and picnic bench. You’ll find seating around the play area also.
Alongside the playground is a small sized oval with footy goals at one end. There is another small grassed area on the other side of the playground also.
Stage 33 Nature Play Park Wellard is the perfect park for little ones to enjoy some good old fashioned nature play. It has good natural shading and plenty of grassed area to run around. Parking is on the street or there are parking bays behind the park (just behind the BBQ area).
