The Acai Corner South Perth is relaxation and smoothie bowl heaven on the stunning South Perth Foreshore near the Coode Street Playground. You can find The Acai Corner here during Perth’s warmer months.
Served from a food truck located under a shady and grassy area on the foreshore just a short stroll from the Coode Street Playground, choose from delicious acai smoothie bowls (made with acai berries, seasonal fruits and home made granola), smoothies (including kids smoothies), coffee and raw juices. Pictured above is the delicious Detox Bowl.
Located under a tree and with a few umbrellas set out, all you need to do is bring along your picnic rug or chairs, place your order, then all there is to do is relax. There are some toys for the kids (and adults) including balls and grip ball so everyone can enjoy some outside play in the sunshine. And of course the view is absolutely priceless.
The truck is only a short walk from the Coode Street Playground and is placed well back from the river’s edge. It’s located alongside one of Perth’s most scenic Swan River Foreshore walks – so you can enjoy a walk before or after your acai smoothie bowl or coffee.
The Acai Corner adds delicious and nutritious fresh food and the ultimate relaxed atmosphere to the old back to basics tradition of picnicking by the river. They are usually open Tues – Sun during Perth’s warmer months, but you can follow their facebook to keep up to date on season dates as well as open times and hours during the school holidays and on public holidays. EFTPOS is available and public toilets are located alongside The Boatshed Restaurant, not far from the Coode Street Playground.
