Rotary Park Wanneroo is a big shady adventure playground located on Scenic Drive in Wanneroo alongside Joondalup Lake
Make sure you give yourself 2-3 hours minimum to explore & play this wonderful playground. There are several play areas with paths that wind in between them.
There are so many different play experiences at this playground, there are slides, swings, musical instruments, a sand conveyor belt, a rock climbing wall and much more. There is also a wheelchair accessible swing.
For the parents there are 3 large undercover areas with BBQs and tables (not all of them have chairs with the tables), making this a great park for a kids birthday party or family get together. There are also bench seats and other seating areas at various spots around the playground so you can sit close to the play area to supervise your children.
There is plenty of shade and grassed areas to put down your picnic rug and there are pathways for little ones to ride their bikes or scooters as well as a shared pathway that runs along the lake so you can enjoy a family ride while you are here too. The playground is mostly fenced and the toilets are within the fenced area.
