Wells Park Kwinana Beach Features: Playground | Beach | Toilets | BBQs | Picnic Shelter | Dogs On The Lead | No Dogs Allowed On Beach
Wells Park and Kwinana Beach is a family beach side paradise for playing and swimming the day away this summer.
The park features a great little playground alongside the toilet and shower block that approx 100ms from the beach.
The playground is unshaded and better suited to younger children with a small plays structure, swings and some musical play and features a mini obstacle course to challenge the bigger kids too.
There’s not a lot of shade so we recommend this one for a bbq breakfast or late evening dinner down by the beach. Several picnic shelters and BBQs are located around the playground and park and a toilet block is located near the playground.
Once you are warmed up and ready for a swim it’s just a a short walk (~100m) down to the beach. There are beautiful swimming spots both north and south of the boat ramp. Both are well protected and are calm and crystal clear on a nice day.
You can enjoy reading and seeing a little bit of shipwreck history of the area while you are here too.
Wells Park at Kwinana Beach is the perfect spot for a early morning or late evening swim combined with a BBQ or picnic and play by the beach on a hot and sunny day.
