The new look Westfield Carousel opened in August 2018 after the completion of a $350 million dollar development that includes an additional 70 stores and an incredible rooftop dining precinct.
There is something for everyone here whether it be dining with the family or catching up with your bestie or a grown ups meal out, you can enjoy cosy lounge seating alongside the water feature and gardens, to a coffee by the play area or sit down dining at one of the many restaurants and eateries, with a choice of inside and open air dining.
The rooftop dining precinct is complete with amphitheatre and stage so you can also enjoy live entertainment while you dine or just sit and relax and just absorb the ambience of this luxurious dining hot spot.
For families there is a lovely little play area located across from Cafe 63 (which is open 24 hours!). The play area is suitable for younger kids with a house and a boat made out of giant size pop sticks. The play area is finished with artificial grass, has a little slide, a tunnel and has lots of seating around it.
This is the perfect place to play while you wait for your meal, to wind down after shopping or to just come and hang and enjoy a coffee and some live music on a warm night.
There are so many flavours to choose from with a huge range on international cuisines as well as some popular favourites like TGI Fridays, Grilld, Little Bao, The Waverley Brewhouse and Crinti’s.
There’s something for the sweet tooth too with Gelare and Honey Creme.
If it’s kid free dining or shopping you are after why not put the kids into the Drop N Shop Creche located within the centre, so they can have a play and you can relax. You can manage your creche booking via their app. It’s starts from $12.50 for one hour for the first child, with additional child and longer stay option available, plus it’s open everyday.
