Brabham Honeycomb Park Features: Playground | Water Play | Nature Based Play | Scooter Track | Bike Pump Track | Toilets (Not working at the time of this review) | BBQs | Water Fountain | Picnic Shelters | Dog Agility Park
Brabham Honeycomb Park isn’t a big park, but it’s huge on play features for all ages and has a very distinct bee theme.
You can’t miss the 6m tall bee hive play structure with big enclosed slide down.
Climbing up the tower is designed for bigger kids with honeycomb shaped ladders to access each level.
For little ones there is plenty to do around the bottom of the hive. With a low level concrete slide, nature based play, basket swing, a seesaw, water based play and more.
How cool is it that they have maintained this tree, that’s growing horizontal to the ground? Perfect for little ones who love to climb trees.
Don’t forget to to bring the scooters and small bikes along there is a skills track all the way around the playground area and beginners bike pump track alongside the playground.
The family dog is also welcome in this park with a little agility section across the grassed area near the toilets (which were not operational at the time of this review).
Alongside the playground are also BBQs and picnic shelters, so you can watch the kids while you get lunch or your snacks prepared.
This park has lovely natural shading and is one of those parks where you can pretty much keep an eye on your kids wherever they are because it’s not too big while also having plenty of features to entertain the kids. Street parking is available and the Whiteman Edge Village Shopping Centre is only a short drive away.
