Exmouth Water Spray Ground

Beat the Pilbara heat with the kids at the FREE Exmouth Water Spray Ground,

Exmouth Water Spray Ground Features: Free Fenced Water Playground | Toilets | BBQs | Picnic Shelter | Shops Nearby

Exmouth Water Spray Ground is a fully fenced and shaded, zero depth, free water playground and is the perfect place to take your little ones for a play on those hot north WA Pilbara days.

The Exmouth Water Spray Ground is conveniently located in the Exmouth Town Centre. The fence completely encloses the water playground with safety gates for access. It’s shaded with a large open steel structure so it can be used all year round even in the peak of the day or summer.

There are bench seats surrounding the water playground it , so there’s plenty of shade for Mum and Dad to relax while the kids burn off some energy.

The Spray Park consists of 2 loggerhead Turtles, 3 dolphins, a pirate boat with water spray guns and the feature of the park, a beautiful Giant Humpback Whale with water sprouting fins and tail! There’s also a cave with hidden bats and other sea life to explore.

My boys enjoyed spraying each other non stop until the youngest one got soaked and cracked it! (see his pirate face on last pic)

The Exmouth Water Spray Ground is opened from 9am – 6pm daily and Ill give you a handy tip! It’s operated on a water timer and the button to press it is hidden inside the cave, behind the dolphins!! If you don’t know about it, there may be a few tears when the water stops.

The Exmouth Water Spray Ground is located directly across from the local IGA and delicious Exmouth Bakery in the Exmouth Town Centre. With a generous grassed area located outside the water spray ground, along with a toilet block and even BBQs, it’s a perfect place for everyone to enjoy, while in Exmouth.

P.S. This Turtle mural is located on the side of the IGA and its absolutely beautiful! Make sure you check it out.

A play at the Exmouth Water Spray Ground is an absolute must when visiting Exmouth. It’s open daily and entry is free. Be sure to check the Shire of Exmouth public notices page for any notices regarding closure dates for maintenance to avoid disappointment at www.exmouth.wa.gov.au .
