Cowaramup Brewery

Let the whole family chill out and relax at Cowaramup Brewery! Guest blog by Australian Kids Directory

Playground | Kids Meals | Baby Change Facility | Colouring In | Bouncy Castle | Open Daily (11-6pm) Approx 25 mins from Busselton | Approx 15 mins from Margaret River

We were in Cowaramup and mum wanted to go somewhere nice for lunch so I got out my phone and went to the WA Kids Directory website and searched restaurants in Cowaramup and a list of all the child friendly places came up.

Using the Google map at the top of the WA Kids Directory page I could see that the Cowaramup Brewing Company, nicknamed the Cowaramup Brewery, was right nearby and the WA Kids Directory listing told me it had kids meals, baby change facilities, colouring in and a playground – just what we needed!

When we got there one of the first things I noticed is that it was so tranquil and quiet. There is a lawn area, with native gardens and the views extend to the Treeton Estate Winery next door, a small dam and fields of grass – it is a really lovely place to just sit and relax

We picked a spot on the wooden decking overlooking the playground so we could watch Charlie play while we were waiting for our lunch to arrive.

Charlie made good use of the kids pack that he got when we ordered his kids meal. It had stickers, crayons and paper to colour in and draw on.

The food was awesome! I would say it is of a much higher quality than the regular “pub” type food which you would typically expect.

I am really into healthy eating and I love to eat fresh, local produce and the Cowaramup Brewery did not dissapoint!

I was treated to a beautiful grilled field style mushroom with garlic butter served with pumpkin, fetta, quinoa salad & wasabi mayo

Mum enjoyed a fresh and spicy Thai Beef Salad,

Charlie got stuck into his Mini Burger and chips,

and you can see where most of Maxwell’s lunch ended up!

We did get a few odd looks and laughs from some of the other patrons but the staff were lovely about it.

They had baby change facilities so I took him inside to get him cleaned up while mum cleaned up his highchair. By the time we were finished there was not a mess insight.

Recently they have also added this fantastic cow themed bouncy castle!

Another great thing about the Cowaramup Brewery is, its only about 25 minutes out of Busselton, I am really looking forward to going back.

For more information check out their website or Faceboo k page.

How to Get There: 229 North Treeton Road in Cowaramup.
