Sam’s Playground was opened in August 2016 at the beautiful Warradale Park Landsdale in honour of toddler Sam Trott and as a credit to the community that rallied together to help find the missing toddler in 2014. The playground is fully fenced with a double gate and was developed in close consultation with the Trott family. It features lots of nature and sensory based play.

This large playground is a mix of traditional play and nature and sensory play, making it an absolute play haven for youngsters and a unique play experience for special needs families. Play features have been located alongside natural shading, so there are no shade sails over the park.
